Terms of Agreement

When you have purchased a course from Athena, LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company, you will agree to the following Cancellation/Refund Policy and abide by the below listed Classroom Expectations.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the course start date: 

  • For courses costing more than $500, you will receive reimbursement for the class except for a $150 non-refundable deposit. Your $150 course deposit is transferable towards another Athena, LLC class and you will have one year from the original course date to use your $150 course deposit. Otherwise, if it is not used within the year, it will not be refunded.
  • For courses costing more than $100, you will receive reimbursement for the class except for a $75 non-refundable deposit. Your $75 course deposit is transferable towards another Athena, LLC class and you will have one year from the original course date to use your $75 course deposit. Otherwise, if it is not used within the year, it will not be refunded.
  • For courses costing less than $99, you will receive reimbursement for the class except for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your 50% course deposit is transferable towards another Athena, LLC class and you will have one year from the original course date to use your 50% course deposit. Otherwise, if it is not used within the year, it will not be refunded.

 Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the course start date:

  • Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable but are transferable to another qualified individual for the course that has been paid for.  Please contact us with the following information, the new participants name, phone number and email address.

If a course is cancelled by Athena, LLC, all monies will be refunded or transferred to another course based on the preference of the student. Athena, LLC is not liable for costs incurred by the student for travel costs.

Classroom Expectations

  • Student will maintain all necessary licensure/certifications during the dates of the class(es).
  • Student represents that Student has sufficient liability and other professional insurance.
  • If Student is a currently enrolled in a massage therapy school, they may attend if student is 100 hours away from completion of, at minimum, a 500 hour program and student has sufficient liability and other insurance.
  • Student will comply with all laws and regulations for their certifications and licenses.
  • Students will not promote products/items in the classroom (i.e. Essentail oils, supplements, etc.) This is to be done outside the classroom before/after class time.
  • Please note that when referring to the human anatomy of the body, our presenters are identifying the anatomical sex an individual was born with, not the gender that they identify with. Please let us know your pro-noun preference so we can best accommodate you.
